Virya Seva was founded with the core purpose of uplifting and empowering people, especially young professionals and entrepreneurs.
We exist to help people realise their full human potential, and in turn pay it forward. Our contributions ultimately help create more grounded and capable leaders, which will lead to a more stable and promising economy and society over time.

Meet our founder
Dr Nera Naidoo, holds an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering, which gives her an edge as a woman in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics fields of study and work, historically seen as male-dominated professions). She went on to achieve both her Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Business Administration through renowned global entities, Henley Business School and Audencia, respectively.
